Dear Diary

I did something I would have thought pretty un-John-like in years past; I got married. Love has, as the fellowette says, been a little bit hard on me, and harder still on some of the people who tried to share it with me before.

But love decided to give me a break, and introduced me to Jill, with whom I will spend my life. I have never felt so good, so relaxed, so excited about my (our) future, so at peace about nearly everything.
